After I unstalled a new headunit I was left with a pair of wires (a yellow and a white). When I tested these wires they read as not being a power or a ground. Yet they are labeled "Batt." on the back of the factory headunit. Are they power wires for the cars amp, a dimer or what. Would this account for my gage clusters lights cutting out and the fuel gage acting funny. And if it does active the amp do I need to cut the power because of the higher line output? How do I fix this?
