I had the same problem and I did all the work in the cluster first as of taking it out and making sure that the solder joints all looked good before I came to the problem being the sensor in the rear end. If you have the cluster out and you have a friend that has the same car the only thing you can do is swap speedos and see if that works. For the price of 38 dollars that I paied for the sensor I really can say if that wasnt the solution to the problem I just think as me fixing something that is probably going to give me problems any way down the line. So check the sensor first before you go to much in to as of time and money.
