The charging system is Charging..I had it checked.
I also had the battery checked and it's puting
out a lot less cranking amps then it is suposed to.

probably, one of the plates in your battery is bad corroded shorted whatever, replace the battery. if true you now have a 10 volt batt. alternator will be try to make up the difference. will it rob power, in theory yes, will you notice, not a freakin chance 1 maybe 2hp out of 168.
