Driving down the two-lane today, feeling good because my '86 325e seems to be running better since I loaded up on injector cleaner. Mellow.
Suddenly, an unknown BEEEP happened, and I thought, S***. What's happening? 4 more BEEPS before I tracked it down.
The car is full of surprises: it was my radio. It told me the tape player needed cleaning!
Waiting for the next shoe to drop.


I bought my iX less than six months ago and feel like it is not performing like it should. The car had been stopped for months before i bought it. After i got it, i tried 87 octane and felt it sluggish. I switched to 89 octane and still feel it slow. Which injector cleaner is good for this engine? I was going to try the one that Red Line offers. What do you guys think?
