I buy about 50% of my parts from my local dealer. Sometimes they are quite a bit cheaper than after market stuff. The folks behind the parts counter at the dealership are always helpful knowledgable and friendly. Obviously I can't speak for all bmw dealerships but the one I use is all about customer service....that in itself is worth doing business with them.

Have some faith man. All parts from the dealer arent that pricey. Go ahead and call em about the bulbs. You will find out that most "regular"parts are cheaper at the dealer. Plus, your investment is worth more if you use original parts right?? I wouldnt buy a car that had all "AUTOZONE" parts on it. Just my personel opinion and experiences.
