I went out to start my car for the first time in about 2 1/2 months to make sure it would start ok, seeing as how I just replaced the dead battery. It's going in tomorrow to have the timing belt and tensioner replaced. It started kinda rough but then took almost normal idle. I let it sit for about 5 minutes running while I went back into my appartment to get something. When i came back out I saw a wet spot directly behind the driver side door and the spot it was leaking from. It is a small round canistar with a very bad looking clamp doesn't seem like it could be factory. Can anyone tell me if this is the fuel filter and if so how much is it normally to replace?

Thanks in advance and please hurry.
