I headed to St. Louis for the GateWay Tech ’01 event. About 250 people showed up this year and it was a blast. Although the usual vender, Yokohama, didn’t show up. The cars on display were: the LeMans winning LMR, an imola E46 M3, Shaun Recine’s ’90 325is, a 3.0L Z3, and a IMSA winning ’77 320i racer. The banquet was a blast and everybody got free german lager. I even won a set of Schroth 4-pt harnesses!
