Driving down the 404 from Woodbine and 16th tonight with a full tank of gas and my friend Mark in the Bimmer and I come across a black slammed '92-'95 Civic on stock rims. Pull up beside and he shifts down to 3rd and hammers it. Pretty impressive... goes like my friend's GSR Civic. Okay, no turbo, I can handle this! so he slows down and I pull up and downshift to 4th. He's back in 3rd, and we go at it. We're dead even until he shifts to 4th, then I hit 5500rpm and leave him 'till 7000. Pull him about a 1.5 car lengths. I slow down again and comes up and tells me to go to 3rd.. I tell him I can't (not with a 4.25 LSD gear!) and we get off the next exit. Roll down the window and I ask him if he's got a GSR in there, he knod's and says it's a Type Rice with a remapped GSR computer. cool. Gotta give those transplanted B18C Civic's some respect for consistant 13.7s time slips.hey bud its me that u ran on the 404 that night. sorry for the confusion but i dident have enough time to explain what motor i have, its actualy a ls integra non vtec with a type r head. so now its got vtec, any way back two who pulled id have to say it was dead even, since i told some ppl that i pulled and that u told some ppl u won. the next day i ran the dyno. 176 wheel hp and 13.4@102 so lets give it another go and well see. this time lets go from dead stop, which will give u more of a advantage. good luck
