I noticed when i pull back the arm on my steering wheel to spray washer fluid that no fluid comes out. It didn't even make a noise. So i checked the tank and it was 3/4 full. I noticed there was a small white cylinder next to the tank that had two prongs for a plug on top but nothing pluged into it. Is this the pump? What should the plug look like?

yap, that is the pump.look around the resevoir
check the wiring harness there should be a black connector that should mate to the top of the pump. if it has broken off reconnect the two wire by splicing individual wire and connect to the pump one ground and ane possitive good luck.
