The iS suspension is a little lower and a bit harsher (and slightly better handling) than the i. The M3 stuff is far better, but a moderatley hard conversion. The best option is to go with a H&R spring kit with Blisten Sport shocks. This is the setup that i have been using, and I find it handles incredible, if being a little harsh for some roads.

I agree H&R spring kit, but Koni adjustable shocks instead. Broke too many Bilsteins
