Eagle,
You need to clean out the drains.The easiest way is to buy some thick weed wacker cord and shove it down the drain to clean it out. You also want to check the drain on the firewall of your engine bay. It's a flat shaped rubber piece taht is problably chock full of crap, take it out, clean it and reinstall. That should help loads!
