it was just put on this weekend before te pump went out it all ran fine. and it was layed up for a little less then a month and half. i think it might be the relay or fuel pumps. but i need to know where the relay is to check if bad. is there a buton or somthing that could have went off when the pump went out. it had to be loaded on a trail after the pump went out could the ride on the trailer set it off thanks for helpazz
Er.. Old gas maybe... (shot in dark)

did it ever run after the new pump was put on at all or has it not run since you put the new water pump/belts in?
if you just serviced it yourself and after throwing in the new water pump and belts, make sure all your belts are fastened properly...
also, does the car turn over at all? does it crank or is it totally dead?
check your fuse box and make sure your fuel pump fuse and relays are ok.. check the basics first.. then we can move on to testing other things if it is indeed a fuel related problem...
