Just today, my ABS started kicking in at about 7 mph until I stop. It did it all day tonight when my light turned on and it doesn't kick in anymore.
The Bentley is very vague on this. It suggests inspecting the pulse wheels on the hubs, but those were replaced about 5,000 miles ago. Is my ABS unit bad?
Thanks.

Check the pulse rings to be sure they are clean, then check the resistance at all four wheel sensors. One will likely be different (substantially) from the other three. Resistance should be around 1.1-1.2K Ohms or something like that. Find the outlier and replace it. That should fix the problem.

Thanks, I'll check that out today. The light turned off today and it started kicking in again. Seems like it's either kicking in at low speeds or the light is on, one or the other.
