M20 engine into a 2002 (archive)

Greetings all,

I'm planning on putting an M20 engine into a 2002. Since I'm making a Frankenbimmer, I'd like to know what performance mods can be made to the M20 while keeping the FI.

Are there any web-sites, or past Roundel/Bimmer Mag/GMS or the like articles I should know about?

Can the eta engines be easily modified to increase their red-line??

I've heard the crank from a 524TD will make a great stroker, can I keep the stock rods??
