I had my system coverted to R134 after replacing an expansion valve and receiver dryer. A good local shop flushed it, checked for leaks, retro fitted it, and put the 134 in. Works really good, but I occasionally get this weird roar out of the AC system - the roar stops when the system is turned off. Is my compressor dying?
