my 325is runs a tiny bit lumpy on idle and is slighty hesitant at 1800-2000 revs its fine after that and revs all the way round to the red line have had car tuned but still there put in new plugs cleaned throttle body and air flow meter help please

I have the same lumpy idle. I had the same hesitation. I replaced the fuel injector to intake manifold o-rings and the 1800-2000 rpm hesitation went away. Still have the lumpy idle though it is not as bad.

The o-rings are cheap ($1 each through some vendors, or $2 each at the dealer) and easy enough to install. Just pull the intake manifold brace and valve cover, pull the fuel rail, replace the o-rings and reinstall everything.

I did mine in two hours, but could do it in an hour now that I know what has to come apart.
