I just bought an 87 325, 4dr, 5spd with 170k on it that was serviced at local dealer since new for $2000. It starts every morning like a new car and drives good. no smoke, No rust or no dents. everythings works fine and all stock. I did have to put a battery and a drivers door handle on it and will probably put a timing belt and waterpump on this weekend. Thanks to this website I was armed with what to look for before I purchased the car.
