The pictured car is a Danish 325i twin turbo. There are some pictures of it at www.e30.de but this is a german site and can be difficult to understand. If you would like to see a videoclip of the twin turbo 325i, then I have a norwegian site for you. The videoclip shows it racing against an M5 E34 but the E30 wins....of course! Check out www.bimmerfanatics.com. Click "filmarkiv" at the left and then you can choose videoclips from different trackdays. Click at the one called "BMWCS'jubleumstreff på Knutstorp 2000"(#3 from top). Now you will see a picture of the orange E30. Click on the picture to download it. I know a performance shop by my place that built a custom Turbo on an M20. They used the stock manifolds and flipped them upside-down, there was a little bit of mis-match, so a custom flange was made to fix that. A ball bearing turbo out of a Grand National was used with a custom downpipe. The head was pulled off the car and the combustion chamber was ported until the bowl had about 8.8:1 C/R. He's running 15psi with a large front mounted intercooler and the block was also O-Ringed. The car is sick fast and puts out about 380HP!
