My friends 325ix get's crappy gas mileage and when something breaks down it always seems to cost waaaaay more than my 318i to fix. What I do know about them, is this was the first year of production for the 325ix. It came with an m20 engine with 168bhp. It was made to compete with Audi's AWD 50/50 tourque split, but BMW engineers gave it a 33/67 split to "stay true to their RWD heritage". Both two and four door 325ix's are available but I have never seen a 2 door version!
Check this site out...Good luck!
