With all the industrial and commercial air pollution being sanctioned by state, local and federal governments every day, do you honestly think that someone modifying a SMALL hydrocarbon burning engine is really going do that much damage?

Think of all the pollution from planes, coal burning plants, toxins from chemical factories and legal burnings. Can you logically get that upset about one guy doing mods to a 2.5 liter engine? I know we all have to do our part, but consumers take it in the chops to pay for the sins of industry. If industry was regulated as stringently as we consumers are, we wouldn't be having this discussion.
