On a well-tuned engine, a working catalytic converter will reduce hazardous pollutants by as much as 95%. This difference is significant, especially when multiplied by the number of cars on the road. In California, most of the air pollution is from cars. Hopefully, things are better where you live.
Pointing fingers at the other polluters shows a lack of perspective, IMHO.

First of all, what are you trying to say? With the grammar errors and spelling mishaps, it's hard
to understand whatever point your trying to make.
Secondly - I am not George Bush, and I consider myself as environmentally concerned as the next! I simply think it's ridiculous to preach to someone about removing a a no-doubt ineffective and probably inoperative cat when all of the other major industrial pollution is happening. You are breathing this air, Einstein. The pollution from this guy's car is a SMALL drop in the ocean compared what else is happening. Again, get a perspective (and a spell checker.)
