Where can i find ball joints for my iX??? (archive)

After searching and searching, i finally was able to locate the outer ones but now need the inner ones. The control arms for these babies are too damm expensive. What is the difference between the iX's ball joints and the regular E30's ball joints? Please someone help me? Thanx
