I put new ones in my '90 325is a few weeks back. I got the ones for the E12 cars, as they are some of the best, but not very expensive. they are usually a special order as most dealers don't have them in stock. Mine had Mobile Tradition labels on them. You will have to cut one extra mounting pin off them so they will fit the E30 cars, and I did this by using side cutters to get the rubber off, then a grinder to grind down the steel underneath. After that it was simply jack the engine up, take the old ones out and put the new ones in, only they didn't line up easily and a lot of prying, praying, yelling and grunting ensued. I finally grabbed the engine from the top and pulled it as my son popped the mount in place. Good luck.
