Remove the locking clips on the four sides an then loosen the 2 bolts that are holding the top of the airbox to the bracket. Lift the top of the airbox (there is a rubber pad that sits between part of the airbox and the bracket that will probably fall down to the ground). Once you have it free from the bracket just lift up the top and pull otu the old filter.
