It's Rich with the Black 325is. I was out of town so I wasnt able to make the auto-x but it looked like I missed your disaster. I had a similar thing happen when both mounts broke. I caught it JUST BEFORE it cut into the hose but the mount had had it. I now have the e12 5 series mounts in the car and they are a little larger. I dont know exactly how much they help and when they give the problem could happen again. The idea of using a shorter belt peaks my interest though. I think I will have to give that a try.
