Tire/Wheel Problem on my 88 325iX (archive)

I just bought a 325iX with 186K miles on it. The car is really great, but I have noticed one problem...

The passenger side rear wheel is slightly canted out away from the car. I first noticed it because of the funny wear pattern on the rear tire. The tire is wearing on the inside and not much on the center of the tire.

Is it a bad wheel bearing? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
