are the 9 lb wheels the ones for $1000? those compomotives sound like my brothers oz superleggra's they're 16.5lbs for the 18s and those things are soooo strong, last thursday my brother hit a pothole that made my head hurt and they're still good as new (not to mention the drive up to detroit, those northern roads are sooo crappy)



They're no feather-weights, but what do you expect from wheels designed for a World Ralley Car? They weigh in at 25lbs (not too bad), but are tough as shit.... I've hit some potholes that almost made my head hit the rollcage! and nothing phased them! I rarely track with them, I have 9 lb 3-piece race wheels for that. They cost me almost $1000.00 each (custom ordered directly from England).
