My E30 is usually right about 3/4 in city traffic... gets a bit above 3/4 when at a light or drive thru or something.

After going 80mph for about a min and half it went just above 1/4 :)

My M42 runs past straight up to three quarters. Is this normal? I have a new fan clutch. Anyone using water wetter with any success? What about a reduced T-stat temp setting?
