HEATER NOT BLOWING HOT AIR (archive)

whats the go with the heater not working? i am only getting cold air continuously regardless of switching to HOT.
is it coz my little heating radiator is clogged up or is there more to it? is this dependant on the thermostat in the cars cooling system?
