91' 325i Sport.

Check the adjustment in the temperature boden wire located just behind the passenger side console trim under dash. Replaced my heater valve and thermostat at others suggestion without improvement. Heater door was simply out of adjustment. The Bentley manual details this procedure saving extra disassemby. Oh yeah, that heater valve is fairly expensive and takes about 2 hours to replace the first time you do it.
