If you dont already have a limited slip diff, I would at LEAST get one of those. The 25% factory unit helps quite a bit over an open diff, but if you're real compeditive it's not going to cut it. Get that out of a 325es or you could pull apart a 325is diff and take the carrier/limited slip unit out of that and swap it in yours. The first way is MUCH easier.
