I have a page where I redid my wiring in my E30 and it was no sweat. This is what I have written up so far. If you have any more questions just ask. I found the power adequate but I did get together on another E30 owner on the different ways to pull power wires I just haven't added it to the page.

I would recommend Rockford Supertwist. It's really cheap but is still great wire.
