Problem areas on 318is '91 (archive)

Looking to buy a really nice 318is from a bmw tech. It has 125,000 miles on the clock and everything is original. No reworking of the engine or trans. I am taking it to a bmw specific shop for a once over to check the obvious stuff but I was wondering if there are certain things that I should look for "weak spots" if you will. It is a Georgia car and looks to be in great shape. Any comments or info would be greatly appreciated. It will help in the negotiations.
