that will generally unlock the doors... :D

if you locked it from the drivers side and turned it the full 90 degrees, then a locksmith may not be able to unlock them. They dead-bolt. Also, you cant use the key to unlock the trunk or doors if you turned it that far.

are you basically not able to get the electric locks to unlock, or did you somehow leave your key in the car?
