1. I opened and removed the front grille
2. Spomehow mamanged to cut the three wire joint hear the old resistor, and used screw jacks to add a 10 foot 2 wire cable to it.
3. Ran all along the headlight area to near the air filter housing in the engine compartment.
4. Use a Bosch resistor $20 from www.partsbin.com, or www.pelicanparts.com, or $25 from the dealer, and screwed it on near the housing bolt (rubber mounted hosuing bolt)
5. Used spade terminals and connected the wires to the resistor.
6. Now whenever it needs replacing, I just need to open the hood and it is changed,

I know that the resistor needs to be replaced for the high speed and it looks like I need to take apart the firewall. can anyone help PLEASE!!!! or possibly any ideas????
