If you can't turn the driver's door key try to unlock from the trunk.
Since the driver's door is deadbolted with a stuck dirty lock cylinder, the system may try to lock again as soon as you unlock from the trunk. Ask someone to yank the pass. door open before it locks again.
Else, squirt some WD40 in the lock wait and let it work for a couple of hours. You should be able to turn the key then.
