Are you sure they are the same? Isn't the "big 6" the M6 and 535i engines? Are these the same motor mounts as the 528i?

Did you get the Korman ones?


Order the Korman "High performance hard rubber E30 Motor mounts" (or whatever they call them) and they'll send you the "big six" BMW motor mounts....... I installed mine about 3 years ago and they've withstood about 40 track days with no signs of breaking.

I searched the archives and came up with several alternative options for E30 motor mounts for a hard-driven 1986 325 track car:

1. TMS aluminum reinforcement cups
2. Korman upgrade
3. E12 528i mounts

Anyone have any recommendations? I haven't cut the lower rad hose yet but seem to be getting closer to it....
