the 318is gets much better fuel economy
he 318is is a lighter car to drive around
the 318is requires less maint'nce (no timming belt to replace or valves to adjust : hydrolic lifters, yummy)
I'm not bashing the 325, but i think the 318is has many points that are worthwile to consider... most gurls don't drag race their cars... also you can borrow her car and go to AUTOX and be as fast as e36 m3s (as i hear)
