: I replaced my coolant at the beginning of the summer. It has been fine up till now. Now the coolant tank overflows and I have to refill it every so often. There are no apparent leaks in the hoses and no white smoke out the back. Any clues on where to hunt?

The higher pressure raises the boiling point, so if the cap is faulty it doesn't maintain this high pressure and therefore the water boils sooner than usual causing it to overflow out of the vent tube.
