Is this a good deal for 88 M3 (archive)

I have found an 88 E30 M3 with 123,000k miles never been in an accident. 100% stock. Interior is in excellent condition exterior paint is good just bumped a curb on the front lip while parking. Engine is strong and owner has most if not all maintenance records done at local dealer. The miles are a bit high but car runs better than other M3's I have test driven with lower miles.

If everything checks out okay with mechanic is $11,000 a good deal just wanted some opinions.
