Pretty much except for the airbag. :-)
Disconnect battery first, bag is held on by two Torx T-30 bolts that eventually release the bag, the bolts will stay with the steering wheel though. There's a connector (orange) underneath the steering column that also needs to be unplugged.
First I would make sure it isn't an alignment problem though and always be cautious around the airbag. Treat it as if it will go off at any moment and keep your face/hands clear of it.
