: Korman makes a conversion kit as well. I have seen countless racecars with only one wiper, it saves weight.

: : i was at a web page viewing some e30 m3s. i came across a car with a hartge mono wiper. does anybody know where to get one? price?

on my old m3(email me for pics of it), a single wiper kit came with the car..i forget who sold it, but the dude's name was mike, from the east coast i think...anyways, all that was different from my stock wiper relay was that the driver's side wiper shaft that comes through that grille was cut off...a new grille was suppied with a plug in it...i had to position the wiper pretty much straight up(like the touring cars), cause all it would wipe was the driver's side, then back up to the straight-up position..it wiped about 100degrees..pretty shitty system(i would have liked the wiper arm to rest on the bottom of the passanger side of the windscreen, but oh well...looked cool, again, email me for pics and you can see it...

i have a single wiper on my vw now too(that lays on the pass. side and swipes the whole way across) and actually it's a heck of a lot better than two wipers cause it swipes faster--my m3 did too...
