There's a panel on the firewall just behind the engine. You have to clip the wire ties to the diagnostic plug harness and pull the entire harness away from the panel. There are four screws that hold the panel on, two on each side. Remove these and pull the panel up. Next you have to remove the entire blower to access the area of the windshield wipers and wiper motor. Depending on whether you need to replace just the motor or the linkage will dictate the next course of action.
