It is beginning to sound like you better tread carefully. E30's were made either for the European, or North American standards, and you cannot switch between the two locations without some modifications required to register and insure the car. The car can be brought into the Country on a temporary permit but it is not supposed to be sold while here. The modifications are more major if the car is 1990 or newer because it must have an airbag, which Euro spec cars didn't have. If this car is legitimate thenin my opinion it is worth every penny of the 25 g's, and more given the mileage.
