: If you want the mirror to stop vibrating I advise that you remove it, because short of that there is no way to make it stop. They all do it, the car is just a little buzz box, everything on or in the car vibrates. As far as I know they all came with map lights.
: : Anybody have trouble with the inside rear view mirror vibrating? Makes it hard to see if the car a hundred yards back is a gendarme or a skier! Any ideas for a fix? Do all M3's come with the map lights in the mirror, or did I luck out with a little extra?

yes they all came with the map lights....and mine does not buzz....there are little rubber bushings that stop this and they all will go out ihn time...if your car is in the heat alot or in the sun..IE..then they will wear out faster...you MIGHT be able to get new ones...i could with with my 4runner...
P.S. it can be alot of diff. things...lose windshield or top piece that is in fornt of sun roof..that piece vibrated when i got my car and i fixed it with some weather striping...
