: The stitching on the rear seat bottom is starting to come apart (where the seat meets the center section). The leather is not torn, so I am thinking I can save it by stitching up the seats myself. I have taken the rear seat bottom out and noticed the leather is held onto the foam area by little brass colored rings. Ca anyone out there tell me how to separate the leather from the foam. Is the leather glued on? Is there a frame where the rings are attached? Are there any tricks to doing this?

: Thanks

I'm guessing here but the trim (leather) is probably hog ringed to wires that are molded into the foam. There are hog ring pliers sold at various places to re-attach the trim, not sure how to undo it as I've never done this myself.
