Everybody is having problems with overheating, It's hot outside and now is the time to do the radiator flush and change the coolant. It is recomended to do this every 30K I have done mine every 15k and havent had a problem. The coolant system is one of the most neglected systems on the car but it also has the potential to cause the most damage if it isn't looked after. My auxilliary cooling fan went out a while back and the temperature has the tendancy to climb while the car is sitting but I have doveloped a cheap remedy, when I'm sitting in traffic I just idle the car at about 1,700Rpm and this keeps enough coolant flowing through the head to keep the temp at normal. These cars all have there own little quirks just keep an open mind and learn "your" car and what works for it.
These cars are tough as hell and were developed by some very compettitive and determined German engineers for serious racing, don't let every little bug or glitch get you all upset. My opinion!
