: '87 M3 Euro, federalized and off the smog inspection books in VA. About 97K, just got new paint (no body damage, just wanted it to look better & I'm sure of this b/c I know the current owner). Owner is thinking around $9.5K.

: This seems low to me, simply because anyone into racing I think would kill for a car that does not need to be smogged. And it was my understanding similar U.S.-spec cars are running around $12K+ right now.
