The pwer steering fluid is gonna be messy. There's a banjo fitting at the pump where you can undo it and start draining. Replace both crush washers there or you will have a major leak. 1 Quart of ATF or synthetic ATF should be enough to fill back up. Remove and clean the PS reservoir before you refill, also replace the two hose clamps underneath it. You'll have two if you have the original style clamps.

On the coolant, buy two gallons (two containers)from the dealership of the BMW stuff. Mix 50/50 with distilled water and you should be good to go!
