Need help with replacing fluids... (more) (archive)

I just got my E30 M3, and after traveling 1900+ miles to bring the car home, its really time to change all the fluids and oils. My question is, can someone please give me a run down of how much oil/fluid I should put in each thing? For example, the manual says to use 4.6 quarts of oil for the motor, but I've heard it is better to use just over 5 quarts. What about the trans., Diff., Power steering, coolant, etc.? When I get the car serviced, I want to use my own oil, so I need to know how much to buy. Thanks.
